The clip I'm using for my 3rd assignment involves running in a forest which can't practically be done in the sound studio (if it's the same one we used for the bubbles). So for the sake of carrying out a foley exercise I've found a clip from The Rocky Horror Picture Show which involves several people walking around in an almost empty lab which is probably better suited to the floor in there!

in terms of sound effects for a library i'd like to work on some punches/kicks/falls etc..

i'll record the actual events as they happen in real life (i.e. punch something) in order to get the initial sound, then i'll record other things (such as fruit) to give the sound more body.

so i'll be bringing in some kind of fruit and veg.

If its better to record foley i'll work on footsteps, so i'll bring in a couple of pairs of shoes.
